Language Policy: Translation services are primarily offered in English and Spanish. Translation services for other languages are available upon request and may require additional processing time to ensure accuracy. Service Provider reserves the right to decline requests for languages outside of English and Spanish.

Basic Transcription (Just the Words):

$2 per audio minute.

We listen to your audio recording and type out only the spoken words. This is for clear audio with easy-to-understand speakers. You will receive a text document with the words that were spoken.

Detailed Transcription (Everything You Hear):

$4 per audio minute.

We listen to your audio recording and type out everything: all spoken words, who is speaking, background noises, and any other sounds. This is for complex audio or when you need every detail. You will receive a text document with all sounds and spoken words.

Audio Translation Fee: If an audio file requires transcription to text followed by translation to another language, a flat fee will be applied in addition to the standard transcription and translation fees. For audio files under 30 audio minutes, the basic fee is $20. For audio files 30 audio minutes or longer, the basic fee is $40.

Language Limitations: Transcription services are only available in English and Spanish.
